Localizado em Bateias, Campo Largo/PR, este projeto foi pensado como um pequeno refúgio em meio à natureza, onde arquitetura, paisagismo e experiência fazem parte de uma mesma proposta.
A implantação distribui os chalés ao longo do terreno, valorizando a topografia natural, as áreas de convivência, os percursos e principalmente as visuais para a paisagem. O estacionamento foi concentrado em uma área mais reservada, permitindo maior protagonismo aos jardins e aos espaços de permanência.
Na arquitetura, volumes simples, grandes aberturas e materiais de aspecto natural ajudam a criar ambientes acolhedores e conectados com o entorno.
Mais do que um conjunto de chalés, o projeto trabalha a ideia de um pequeno masterplan rural, pensado para proporcionar descanso, contemplação e contato com a natureza.
Uma linha de trabalho que temos buscado desenvolver cada vez mais na SSAU, especialmente em projetos ligados à hospedagem, turismo rural e empreendimentos integrados à paisagem.
